The Opta website, which specializes in statistics and figures, revealed its expectations regarding the candidate teams to win the African Nations Cup, which is scheduled to start today, Sunday, in Cameroon.
Opta relied, in its predictions, on the numbers and data related to the results of the matches played by each team in the Black Continent Championship, up to the final match, and these numbers and data were processed by an artificial intelligence model.
According to the statistics published by the British website via its official Twitter account, Nigeria topped the list with 14.79%, followed by Morocco in second place with 14.77%, and then the Egyptian team in third place with 12.93%, Algeria ranked sixth with 8.15%.
