Powerball reaches $80 million, yet tickets set to offer fast
If you missed out tonite fear not-- Powerball has rocketed to a whopping $80 million for the 3rd time this year.
While nobody from throughout the country matched tonight's winning numbers, more than 386,000 WA winners cooperated nearly $6.6 million well worth of prizes during Powerball's five-week reward run.
" It's so exciting to see this jackpot climb and it gives Western Australians the chance to desire actually, actually big," Lotterywest spokesperson Hermione Coleman stated.
" A win for WA following week would see our current Department One prize document of $50 million set in 2015 become a remote second.
" As we await a victor to put a stop to this five-week prize run, we have currently increased an estimated $10 million for Lotterywest's grants program."
WA players are prompted to get their tickets early with sales expected to peak at greater than 760 tickets sold every min throughout its busiest hour on draw day.
Tickets are offered until 6pm on draw day in-store, on the internet, or using the app.
